We cannot return an item unless you have the ticket matching the stored belonging. Items are left at the owner's risk and Sugar Hut is not liable if any belongings go missing whilst being held in the cloakroom.

If belongings are not collected from the venue within 3 weeks from when the item was stored, we reserve the right to sell/give away the items and any proceeds will go to charity.
